Stephanie Riley is the owner of StayFIT Personal training.  Stephanie is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has 10+ years experience in the rehab world.  In 2020, Stephanie decided to leave the healthcare field behind her and use that experience to  open up StayFIT to increase peoples confidence and connection with their body. StayFIT is designed to help people move and feel better.  Whether you are the experienced athlete or a  true beginner to exercise, there is a workout tailored specifically to you.   In addition, StayFIT aims at making exercise the most convenient for YOU.  It will work around your ability, limitations, and concerns in order to help you achieve your fitness goals.  You pick the place where you train. Whether it is in the convenience of your home, in a park, a gym, or a private setting that is most comfortable for you! No excuses - Stay FIT, not still.

My Story

My purpose for coaching is to encourage movement out of everyone, regardless of age, illness, injury, or fear.  What motivates me is the idea that we can get stronger in preparation for aging.   My favorite quote is "if you don't make time for exercise, you'll probably have to make time for illness".  It's never too late to move your body.  Fitness has always been a passion of mine. After working at in different rehab settings, I couldn't help but notice one thing- there was little out there on injury prevention.  We were seeing people once the injury or illness has already happened. That's why StayFIT was created- to create a fitness plan and to feel your strongest and most healthiest self.
