Outdoor Group Fitness Every Saturday at 8am- more classes to be added.
Group fitness classes cater to all fitness levels with a mix of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises. The sessions offer a well-rounded workout in a supportive group environment to keep you motivated and engaged. Join in to challenge yourself, have fun, and achieve your fitness goals together! Currently Group classes are located every Saturday at 8am at Highlands Park in Chalfont, PA.
